Blip is a complimentary application tailored for BrightHR clients, designed to streamline the monitoring of employees’ work hours and whereabouts while on the move. Below is an overview of its key functions:

Geolocation
Utilize the application to establish a geofenced perimeter around your premises. By doing so, Blip automatically detects when employees enter or exit the defined area, prompting them to clock in or out. This feature provides you with precise information on your staff's work locations and durations.

QR Codes
Alternatively, Blip offers a smart QR code scanning system to document employees’ work hours efficiently. Staff members simply scan a QR code upon arrival and departure, with each scan marking them as either clocked in or out. It's a straightforward process that ensures accurate time tracking.

Break Times
In addition, Blip facilitates break tracking with a single button tap. Employees can log the start and end times of their breaks effortlessly, enabling you to monitor the duration and frequency of their downtime.
